Shipping to the United States

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States over $65 USD. If you require expedited delivery for your items, you can select other option during checkout for faster shipping.

International Shipping

Shipping rates and timelines are determined by the weight of your purchase, which is displayed during checkout. Kindly be aware that shipping fees, as well as any additional taxes, customs, and import duties, are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada : Enjoy free shipping on orders of 200 CAD and up.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 noon EST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification along with your order tracking information.

Returns, Exchange, and Cancellation

At Khimar Noor, your satisfaction is our priority. Should you need to return an item, we're here to help. You have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

To start a return, you can contact us at CONTACT@KHIMARNOOR.COM. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that shipping costs (and customs fees for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
