Refund policy

At Khimar Noor, your satisfaction is our priority. Should you need to return an item, we're here to help. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please Note : All items in the Clearance Sale are final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Initiate Return

You can start a return here . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we've received and carefully inspected your return, we'll send you a notification to keep you informed about whether your refund has been approved. If it's approved, we'll process your refund using your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.  It's important to note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount, but we don't deduct any restocking fees.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
